Refund Policy
The only current and valid version of this document is the English version of legal agreements and policies. Any translated version is provided solely for your convenience, to help you read and understand the English version. Any translated versions are not legally binding and cannot be used in place of the original English versions. If there is a disagreement or conflict, the English language legal agreements and policies will take precedence.
Standard Refund Terms
Smart Apps Limited products may be refunded only if canceled within 15 days of the transaction date.
Note: If a refund to the original payment method is not possible, an alternative refund to your Smart Apps Limited balance may be offered.
For the purposes of this Refund Policy, “date of transaction” refers to the date of purchase of any product or service, which includes the date any renewal is processed by Smart Apps Limited in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable product or service agreement (Terms of Use). You may cancel a product at any time, but a refund will be issued only if you cancel within the refund timeframe specified for the applicable product, if one is available at all. Please keep in mind that different products have different refund policies or requirements, and some products are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. Products with special refund terms
Transfers of domain names are refundable within four days of registration (96 hours) if the registry has not started the transfer process.
Refunds from balance
Over-funding can be refunded within 15 days of the payment that caused the over-funding. Other payments can be refunded instead of the original payment in some cases if the 15-day time frame can be applied to those payments.
